Staffcheck is a time keeping and attendance platform designed to give absolute confidence that staff are where they are meant to be and working as expected. The system uses geo location to confirm on site presence and selfie verification to ensure the person clocking in is genuinely the person in attendance.

At its core, Staffcheck provides accurate clock in and clock out functionality, including before and after work activities and break recording. Attendance notifications keep managers informed in real time, from on time arrivals and lateness to early departures or a failure to clock out. This visibility is particularly valuable for lone working risk assessments, allowing managers to identify issues quickly and check on staff if expected activity does not occur.

Beyond attendance, Staffcheck replaces paper based processes with configurable digital questionnaires. Managers can set role or site specific questions that staff must complete, including compliance checks such as CQC requirements on medical sites or industry specific confirmations at the end of a job. This ensures consistency, accountability and auditable records without relying on paperwork.
